Keeybay want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund using the process below

Video or photo of the faulty product.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1.The Product must be like in same condition as delivered, Unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
2.The product must include the original tags, with original packaging.
3.Your item needs to have the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
4.Any items that are on discounted prices are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
5.We will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already got the product stitched.
6.We will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Keeybay is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
3. SHIPMENT METHOD FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1.Once you have created your return request as described above, our customer care team will guide you to ship the product/item back to origin. It may take 3 – 5 working days for your return shipment to arrive on origin.
2.Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. Keeybay will bear the shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
4. RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Once we receive your item at origin, we will notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. Although it depends on the criteria of product and your choice, the product is refundable or exchangeable.
5. APPROVED CLAIM
REFUND: Once your return is approved, Customers can either get the product exchanged within 14 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
EXCHANGE: Transit time for the Exchange shipment is same as our standard delivery time (3 to 5 Business days) from the time exchange is shipped. You will be entitled to get an exchange of an equal value as your original order.
