Go to Desiboutique website, click on “Register” and fill in your personal particulars. Remember to check the button “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions “and then click “continue” to register your account with Desiboutique E-Store. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your account information. If you experience any difficulty, kindly call our customer service hotline and we will be pleased to assist you.
Please click on ‘Forgotten password’ which is available at the ‘Login’ page. Enter your email address and click on “Continue”. A set of instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.
Please sign in and click on ‘My Account’. You will be able to edit/update your particulars in your account and save it for future orders. If you wish to change the delivery address for a placed order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will make the requested changes if the order has not been shipped.

You do not have to pay any duties or taxes when you purchase a product from Styleparish because we offer free shipping and do not charge additional costs to our customers for all local orders. International orders will be charged according to location.
In the rare case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their order for a different product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs), in case they wish to return a product.
ORDER
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Currently, we are unable to ship to any PO Box, military, protected area/location. Shipping charges for failure of attempted delivery to the restricted areas will be borne by the buyer.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient. Please check your address carefully when placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, please log in to your online account and update the relevant fields. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the products, the delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the address and the recipient should follow the instructions on that note to arrange re-delivery of the products.
Most of our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel and they might require a signature upon delivery of parcel. The delivery agents will attempt to contact the recipient at the given contact number to rearrange a delivery. However, this may be unsuccessful if the contact number is unreachable. If the recipient failed to receive the package after agent’s delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Sometimes there may be problems delivering to the address which you have given us. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss this.
We use Pakistan post and DHL for local orders.
Every category of dress has a different turnout. However, we ensure that the delivery is done on time. The turnout times for individual categories are listed below:
Special Occasions and Bridal: 25 to 30 days
Evening and Party Wear: 12-15 days
Casual Wear: 12-15 days
Kurtis and tops: 12-15 days
In addition, allow for a time of 3-5 days for delivery at any place.
Our courier person attempts twice to deliver a parcel to your provided address. Kindly ensure that the valid address, postal code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to Desiboutique head office and you will get the email confirmation.
After dispatch, you will be provided with a Tracking number for your order through SMS/Email. You can check your order status on Call Courier/Pakistan Post/TCS and DHL websites for local and international order respectively, copy and paste your tracking numbers to track your order. Yes, we do offer same day delivery only in Karachi.
We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS. Deliveries can take 1 business day.
For a limited time, we are offering Free Delivery in Pakistan on orders above Rs.1000. Standard shipping rates will be applicable after this. Shipping costs will be added separately to your total amount and will be dependent on your location.
We deliver online orders for Ready to Wear in 3-5 working days in Pakistan, while Made to Order items take up to 7-8 weeks. If the order does not reach you in the specified time
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If there is a huge order placed, you can email us the style code numbers and we will check upon and get back to you if any discounts can be made available.
A sales order summary is an auto-generated e-mail where Desiboutique E-Store acknowledges the order you placed. You should receive this order summary email within 15 minutes upon placing your order. Check your spam folder for confirmation. If you did not receive an order summary within 15 minutes after placing your order, this means that we have not received your order. You are then required to make a new order. Alternatively, you may sign in to your account to access My Orders page to view whether your order is received by us. If you experience any difficulty, kindly call our customer service hotline and we will be pleased to assist you.
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Please bear in mind that even though you have placed an item in your SHOPPING BAG, it does not count as a purchase. It is possible that someone else checked out the item while it was in your SHOPPING BAG and the product is now out of stock. If that is the case, then you can simply come back to the site and place a new order when the product is available again.
Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. However, in case such a mishap does occur, you should get in touch with our Customer Care Center to identify this issue and we will rectify it at the earliest, at no extra charge. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped. Order cancellation is dependent on whether or not it has been shipped. Send your order cancellation request to sales@keeybay.com, so that we can assess whether we can fulfill your request. Once we receive your Order Cancellation request, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours regarding the status of your order and confirm whether the order can be cancelled or not. We practice every effort to ensure fast delivery and it would be advisable to check your order before placing it. If the order has been shipped, however, you may exchange/return the product in accordance with our Exchange/Return policies.
You can send a request to sales@keeybay.com for any changes in your order. Orders can only be amended before shipment, unfortunately we are unable to amend an order once it has been shipped.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order after your order has been shipped. However, you may place a new order and request the customer service department to combine the shipment of both orders. For this purpose you will need to get in touch with our Customer Care Representative to confirm the status of order placed earlier. Combine shipment can only be facilitated when customer communicate to our Customer Care Center, prior to the shipment of order placed earlier.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your purchase of the item and does not mean that the item is reserved for you. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may have purchased the item.
You simply pay in the same way that you pay for the actual order.
In order to place an order with Desiboutique E-Store, you will be required to:

• Shop for items you want to purchase
• Add the items to your Shopping Bag
• Proceed to checkout
• Review billing and shipping information
• Review and submit your order
• Check your order status
After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from Desiboutique E-Store to confirm that your orders has been well-received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order through “My Account”.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
Sometimes, highly popular items may temporarily run out of stock. As our stocks are continuously updated, please keep checking the Styleparis’h website regularly to remain abreast of updated stock content.
Shipping time within Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days and for international order shipment time is 7 working days.
Shipments within Pakistan are being dispatched by Pakistan Post/TCS. And all international orders are being dispatched by SKYNET/DHL Courier.
Shipping charges are mentioned separately as a part of the order on the check-out page. Final amount charged will include shipping charges.
Your Order ID will be used to identify your order and will be a part of the Order Sales Summary email. Another email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched with your Tracking ID which will allow you to check the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
Our prices are listed in Pakistan Rupees. However, you may have the price change by using the price converter on the top of the page.
INTERNATIONAL
KARACHI PAKISTAN
All international orders ship through DHL/Skynet and are delivered in 4-5 business days after the order has shipped out. After your payment is authorized, it can take us up to 2 days to process your order and ship the package. This is only estimated and does not include weekends and holidays.
Free international shipping available on orders above $1000
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and an order tracking number (if a valid email address was supplied). During transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking section to check your order status.
Please save all email invoices for your records.
If the product has not been dispatched, the shipping address may be changed subject to terms and condition.
If it has been dispatched, there can be no modifications to the shipping address.
